Have we talked about Our Time Kitchen lately? Let's remind you. We cook every Wednesday night with a fantastic volunteer crew in a shared kitchen run by Chefs Cat and Kiah. They created Our Time with the goal of supporting food entrepreneurs from marginalized backgrounds. Every week we get to share space with business owners, up and comers, caterers, and farmers' market legends. It's pure joy to be in that kitchen. And when we say we cook with love, this is where it happens. We work hard, we make everything from scratch, and we make sure it's delicious before we serve it to our friends on Saturday.
